Waterview Grande

The Waterview Grande conversion project in Northern Liberties on North Delaware Ave received the nod from the commission for its POD on tuesday.  Developed by Core Realty, the 192 unit planned apartment conversion of two 80 year-old concrete cold storage facilities is well on its way.  Plans call for completely stripping down the existing eight-story buildings at Brown Street and North Delaware Avenue.  About 47,670 square feet of retail and commercial space will mix with a cafe with outdoor seating and about 200 parking spaces.
